Zsuzsa Mező Client Service Director, Factory
The experienced marketing, production and communication specialist will supervise big international clients' commissions as Client Service Director, and she will take part in the planning of the strategic portfolio of the company. The company's management hopes that Zsuzsa Mező, who was transferred from a costumer's side, will be able to serve Factory’s clients more efficiently and implement a competitive advantage by providing the most innovative solutions to its partners in the broadcast industry.
The appointment of the experienced Client Service Director, who has extensive international experience, means a significant improvement for Factory, as the company delivers fifty percent of its commissions to abroad. Among mediacommunication agencies, Factory Creative Studio is one of the most dynamicly developing companies, specialising with strong features. Factory has recently received several large orders from the television industry, including Sony Pictures, HBO, The Walt Disney Company and SanomaMedia. The company is also responsible for rebranding of the educational channels run by the Berlin-centered Da Vinci Learning.
Factory Creative Studio - headquartered in Szeged with a branch in Budapest - has more than 60 employees. The company was founded at the turn of the millennium. Besides the tasks of a classic creative agency, Factory invests considerable R&D efforts into software and new platform development. As an integrated communication agency, our main aim is the “broadcast” industry. With our diverse portfolio, we belong to a handful of Hungarian companies which are able to offer “crossmedia and multiscreen technology”, as well as „on air, online, on paper” solutions. Our treasured advantage comes from the synergy of these competences. One third of our orders arrive from two centres of television and film industry: London and Los Angeles. Our agency found it can operate in the international business environment just as well as in the domestic market. Our aim is to play a leading role in the region, focusing on education, innovation, research and development.
